Bought my first item at Easter 2010 but wrong thing sent out asked for correct item to be sent no reponse but did get a refund. Since then in 4.5 months I have had to return 2 tanzanite drop pendants as both were pitted 1 also had a crack, a flourite pendant that looked nothing like it appeared on website even allowing for variations, a necklace that could not be done up, a pendant with extremely poor quality silverwork & a badly damaged bail. I have sent several emails & 2 letters & received zero response. Presenters endlessly squawk about customer care, quality, attention to detail etc. but none of this evident in my experience. Customer service claim not to know the company's registered address or the names of any directors.
