This company run by Bob Woodward & Sarah Harrison from a house in Bristol, has just gone bust ( August 2010 ) and they had a great business model. They held zero stock and got their suppliers to ship direct.
So the customers got nice products delivered to their door and this BWE Ecommerce company took their money. Recently they decided to declaire themselves insolvent, tell their supliers not to bother chaisng them as they had no money and cease trading.
Mostly always late payers also.
Also trading as Bristan Tap store online.....
If they approach you, pro-forma is the only way forward. As sure as taps are taps they will start up again in another guise. These people always do.
