having had windows installed one day, the next day they were steamed up, which suggests they have not been sealed. as yet they have not been fixed yet despite repeated phone calls
I have read Mrs Higgins comments regarding Dalmatian and am absolutely astounded to hear her comments we moved house a few months ago and had Dalmatian renew all the windows and doors on our new house because they did such a fantastic job on the last one. Again we were not let down what a transformation and a fantatstic job from sales all the way through to completion dont get me wrong we had some issues but they were resolved very quickly and efficiently 10 out of 10 and i would recommend them to all my friends without hesitation job well done thanks

I would need a book to list the catalogue of errors. Here are a few
Inside door when finish frame protruded 2cm away from wall door sill protruded
4cm over door step a water sill not necessary as this was inside door but I was a Health& Safe issue.
Out side door again sill-protruded 6cm over step cutting down step width against build regulations and health and safe issue. They had not trouble cashing my cheque but more than a week on and numerous phone calls few of wish were never retuned I am not nearer to them rectifying. A Jim Cross must be the busiest Man around. Going to meetings, a meeting customer was awful. The girls that took my calls were polite and patience with my frustration. Hats off to them
Oh did I tell you my main door was Dark wood finish skin on door marks and peeling before fitter had left. I hope by now think you get the picture. If you buy Dalmatian doors you would be barking mad
