The most disgusting service I have ever experienced. This shambles of a firm delivered only part of my kitchen correctly on 5.7.10 and I am still waiting for re-delivery which I am now told will not be until the middle of October. The customer service 'department' put you on hold for 15 mins at a time and can never find any record of your order and the personnel there are rude and the most unhelpful women I have ever had the misfortune to speak to. They do not ring you bck or carry out anything they promise to, nor do they offer to do anything to help you with - so not really a customer service department. Do not ever part with any money to this firm. If I had the time I would stand outside the local showroom and warn everyone to avoid it like the plague.
