bought a leather linen box, waited 5 weeks for it to arrive and when it did its ripped and scratched, (faulty) i told them that this was the case and they said i have to wait again for a replacement when i said i want my money back they refused under the sale of goods act they have to give me a refund, i have phoned sent emails etc but they are still refusing ,so now i have got trading standards to help me out, i will not give up, they take your money quickly but couldnt care less once they have it. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
