M-C-H supplied me a cleaner who was utterly useless, she did nothing and when I complained they said they couldn't recredit me the £20 I'd paid her (or the £27 pcm I paid them by Direct debit) but they'd give me another cleaner...who promptly missed 3 appointments, a major annoyance when I had to come from work to meet her. When I told them i wasn't happy and was cancelling my DD they threatened me with legal action for breach of contract! It took me 3 weeks to get the DD back and they were difficult, aggresive and obstructive at every stage. An utterly useless company, badly run, obstructive and thoroughly unprofessional. Use them at your peril.
