recently purchased a kitchen of this company and was received with the wrong doors ,not a beech shaker style that i asked for and units the wrong sizes.they also sent out a dryer which was not a condenser which i asked for .i did have my dobts when a few days latter they asked me what kitchen i had aked for ? ,my fitter also looked at the design and said how it had been designed wrong (4x300 units all together)when ringing the company they kept putting me through to cust sevices and hanging up,after at least 17 times of ringing they finaly answered and the woman was very rude and un helpful.they also denied that the salesman who came out and designed the kitchen had even shown me that door because they say they dont even sell that design,but this is the door he showed me.dont touch these with a barge pole they are realy that bad 2200 they had of me ,just look at the other complaints
My kitchen installation was finished yesterday and I'm more than happy with the service that I've received. Customer Service are reliable and they were always happy to help. Highly recommended company.
Initial contact is made from ads placed in national newspapers, often advertising ex MFI stock. A rep is sent out to plan kitchen for you. She advises that you don't want ex MFI stock you want the kitchens shown in her display catalogue. She also has samples of doors to show you. It all seems good at this stage. She orders kitchen, gives you her mobile no. which then proves impossible to get her on. Kitchen arrives and you get several phone calls checking that all is going well. It appears to be until you come to fitting the kitchen. The quality is very poor and hard work for the poor fitter as holes are not drilled where they should be go make life easier. 2 wall units were basically lots of pieces of melamine, to be put together with no predrilled holes. When attempting to phone this company, you get through to someone eventually, who is go eager to put you through to customer services, which she does, and nobody replies! Believe me do not buy from this company, its the price which seems attractive, but its not worth it!
