I purchased some computer cables from this company www.cables.co.uk on a very important short lead time job I was working on.
Their website looked quite good....... However....
They sent after 3 days the wrong cables. 13 days later they still have not corrected their mistake and sent me the right cables for the job. They never answer their sales line or apologised - Responses take 24 hours by e mail and they would not send me out the correct cables to help me finish my project and get paid.
I'm very frustrated with these people at www.cablesUK.co.uk
13 days now after I place dthe order and Is till don't have what I ordered.
I have had to purchase elsewhere now at extra expense.
They have no interest in customer service and I suspect this is one person in a bed sit in london.
Not all internet companies operate like this thankfully, but these people are less than useless.
Go to another vendor if you need stuff like computer cables as they just want your money and don't care about customer service 1 jot.
