I would not recommend this company having recently requested a quote on some work in my house. The engineer sent out did not know what needed to be done and said a 2nd engineer needed to visit - then a quote was offered, for work the first engineer hadn't been able to detail. Two phone calls to the company still did not result in the second engineer coming out. A letter of complaint to the Managing Director has not even resulted in a response. Unprofessional with little interest in customer care is how I would describe them.
