hello folks
i recently bought a bathroom of this online supplier.
All seemed well upon delivery until my plumber started to fit the suite......
bath was fine w.c fine great i thought not long now.....plumber tried fitting the mono tap to the basin.....oh dear plumber called me the tap base was the same size as the basin tap hole?...not being a plumber i could see this problem without any knowledge of tap fitting....
i rang customer services eventualy when i got through the staff seemed not bothered attal to be honest...making promises to ring back over 7 days they never bother'd.....eventualy i fliped wanting to speak to a manager.....strangly the manager was the customer service person answering the phone on intial ring? i tried to explain the tap problem he basicly says put silicone sealent around the bottom of the tap haha....yes nice my plumber says no way am i bodging your tap mr smith.....let me speak to them....my plumber tried explaining the problem again the so called manager (james) says this cant be true....my plumber invites james dowm to see the problem the manager slams down the phone.....
james wants pictures sent of the tap because i dont think he belives my plumber?
i send these no reply off james?

please dont forget its now been 7 days with no sink to have a wash in and with 2 kids and 1 bathroom my two kids are starting to look like oliver twist...!
eventually this manager calls back after 10 days i have tried the tap on a basin here it does not seal i'll send you a unversal washer that the tap sits on ok.....
horay result you think......erm no when the washer arrives a week later it doesnt fit? oh dear by then my wife and kids are screaming at online bathrooms.....f&*^k s%^t

managers are customer service?
never reply to emails
they think you are lying and ringing them for fun
also they advise professional trades people to bodge there bathroom together?
also sink pedesstal was damaged upon opening james would not do any thing as i did not report it within 48hrs? maybe we would have if the tap fitted and we could unpack it all you muppet.....policy he says?
