This man's company was named moormont ltd and now has teamed up with another company to create Pritchard Wallis Construction. I have no idea if they have got any better since this merger, but from my experience I would never buy a house developed by Dominic Wallis. We bought a house when they were in the early stages of developing it and three years on we are still paying heavily for the poor work they have done. The builders who have come here to rectify their shoddy work are gobsmacked by the things they have seen. Some of the work we have had to do is re-fit the patio doors, re-lay concerete which they had put over a leaking waste pipe - which they had tried to hide. Re-render the side of the house. pull up the kitchen floor as there was a leak which we found a year later- while laying the wooden floor in the kitchen they had put a nail through the cold water pipe!! Re-seal the cellar which had water running in when raining, re-dig the garden - they had laid turf on concerete. Put damp course in, put a vent in for the kitchen fan which they said they had done, likewise the bathroom fan. I could carry on but you get the idea. All this should have been done as the house was taken back to the bare bones. I would think very careful before getting involved with a house developed by dominic wallis - he didn't even have the decency to answer my calls, mail once he had his money. People like Dominic Wallis give decent builder's and developers a bad name.
