I ordered a white dress from Boohoo.com,the parcel took five days to arrive, and when the parcel arrived, i opened it, and pulled out a pair of black shorts!
i tried ringing the company, but was put on hold for 10 minutes (the number being an 0161 number probably costed a fortune on my bill) thren i eventually gave up. i tried calling s few times the next day but was put on hold, and have never spoken to anyone fromt he company yet. I then sent an email to the company (this was on a thursday) and didn't recieve a reply until the next tuesday, which was a useless reply anyway, because i had already sent the parcel back in the meantime. I left a note in the return parcel saying that i would like a full refund AND the right dress sending. I recieved an email a few days after saying that i'll be recieving a refund, but i want the dress too.
Their customer service is appauling, the worst i've ever recieved, and i'll be sure never to buy from them again.
My sister asked me to purchase a dress for her, as her internet was down. I went to the website, found the dress and went about paying for it. During the payment process it asked if I wanted next day delivery for a £5 charge. I decided "Why not? Better to get it to her early if she wants it". The package did not arrive the next day. Or the next day. Or indeed the day after that. It took an extra 3 days on top of the stated date. I even checked the websites own interpretation of "next day", and despite going over a weekend, it still stipulated it should arrive at the latest on the Tuesday. It was Friday by the time it got to us.
I then went about trying to receive a refund, and where are they? NOWHERE to be found. Not a single reply to any of the emails sent. It's not even that their customer service is bad, it's just non-existent! Once they have your money, it's clear they want nothing more to do with you. Awful company, would not use again.
