Before placing my order for a replacement remote from this company, I asked if the remote would work with my TV, when it was received it didn't. After contacting the customer services I was told it was my fault, and they did nothing to put it right. After I sent the remote back, they then said I could have pressed a button that could have made it work, so it was my fault, and they wouldn't refund postage charges, or even pay half, £1,25. I thought this would be meeting a customer half way, absolutely appalling customer service, replies to customer queries in block capitals - thats shouting in e-mail terms - don’t waste you time with this company.
