The Bootmakers started deliveries in September 2010 and all orders placed have been fulfilled or when appropriate refunded, of over 1000 pairs delivered in November and December 2010 some were delayed by the closure of Heathrow airport and transport links.
www.thebootmakers.com arn't forefilling orders, this company was set up by the same people who created the www.fittedbootstore.com which took the money of 1000's of people and didnt forefill orders. http://www.blagger.com/db4/company_id/9851/companyname/Fitted-Boot-Store.html
