to all uk residents, please, please, have no dealings with this company, i purchased a childs lunch bag that has broken after three days, trading standards are now involved, but becuse identity direct is a australian copany, e u law cant do anything from here in the u k. although a e.mail address is on the web site for damaged goods or returns, you will NOT BE CONTACTED. again please dont have any dealings with this company. bad company big time.
