We had dealings with this company in 2010 a trial period the details they added were incorrect. We then immediately cancelled and called their office put the cancellation n wrting and still after 5 months of them continuing to take payments we contacted our bank. We sent copies of the emails we had sent which were never replied to and advised them of the telephone calls we had made, and the unhelful attitude and how the company kept advising we had verbal agreement. Our bank were more than happy to take this up and wrote to the bank of Neu Era and our money was refunded in full. My advise is to AVOID this company but if you unfortunaely have alread had dealing with them then contact your own bank and let them take up the issue as unauthorised use of your card.
I also took up the 30 day trial offer and then cancelled soon afterwards, I have never received any business or services from this company but they have debited my account twice now amounting to £288.00 in total I have tried again cancelling the agreement, I have now cancelled by phone, by e mail and now by letter. I am trying to get my money back and will willingly join in with anyone else having similar problems with this company.
In my opinion they are at the least guilty of fraud and at the worst theft!!

This company is dodgy and takes advantage of small businesses. They called me pretending to be from Google Adwords (who I do have an account with so trusted them) offered me a sponsored link for my small business for £141 for a 30 day trial. Then called me on a different line which I should have been suspicious about (but it was all quite fast) to record them saying it was a rolling contract and me agreeing to a trial. I realised at the end of the call that i felt duped in some way but couldn't put my finger on it so I google them and found many people who had had their money stolen by this company. I cancelled straight away. I got them to write me an email confirming it was cancelled which they did. But then a month later they took another £141. I called them and they said it would be returned to me. I am still waiting to see it and in a few days it will be another month and I am concerned i another payment will come out. Its quite difficult to stop them it seems. Email me on this site if they have taken your money and perhaps we can do something together.
