I signed up on 04/10/10, got an email confirmation that the Membership will be £20.00, paid in advance, on 01/11/10 a Direct Debit which was setup correctly takes the amount from Bank. Than on 27/11/10, I received a Direct Debit Manadate to say they will take £120.00 on 01/12/10.
Queried with Northolt why has this gone up as I have not requested any Changes, get informed that this is a mistake and will sort this out, to-date there has been no response either from Northolt or H.O although messages have been left to Call back but they are totally useless. I think they need to be refered to Trading Standards especially the way they treat Customers and that H.O does not do anything in resolving this.
There Customer Service Stinks and I think more Customers need to Complain to get things done, they are wrong in what they are doing, and by ingoring things will not not go away.
Hi I am having problems with LA fitness, basically due to the poor condition and unsafe condition of the highgate branch over the summer. I am looking for a few people to help back up my case against them. As it looks like ill be going to court against them.
