I recently started using Kelly Property Services for all my plumbing requirements. My company manage a portfolio of properties in the pimlico area. They were recommended to me by a Local electrician and we've since called them out 5 times over the last month. On each occassion they responded within an hour and were at one job within 20 mins. Although their hourly rates are in line with most plumbing call out firms they do not charge a call out fee and so far my clients have all given me good feedback.
