i won a kitchen on ebay from these people seemed greta a real bargain luckily i did not pay straight away as i was looking for a couple more units to go with and to find out about delivery costs i received no reply, i tried to phone on the number provided and it was dead this started to ring alarm bells!! i contacted ebay and they said i had to allow 7 days before i could report them i said they had numerous other listings and i didn'y want anybody to pay and then not get their items. a few days later i happened to look at their other items and noticed they had listed lots more kitchens and now there was a new number to ting i rang this number only to be passed from pillar to post and then to be told someone would call me back!! still waiting!! i am just so glad i didn't pay and i will definately be living negative feedback just be very careful!!!
I bought my kitchen from KFO in Hull last year & after finding this site I thought it only fair to share my experience. I had major problems with this company over a period of 4 months. The quality of the kitchen was poor, the doors & drawers didn't fit the carcasses, some doors were damaged, replacement items were ordered incorrectly & others never arrived when they were supposed to, there was no communication within the departments & we were blatently fobbed off on numerous occasions. Buying a new kitchen for my brand new house turned out to be a very infuriating, disappointing and farcical experience. Avoid this co like to plague

On 11/06/2010, I bought a White Gloss Kitchen Unit from you for £1300 which is not as described.
The problems are:
All the doors and draws are damaged, scratched and painted on the edges, also all doors, draws, plinth, end panels and cornice are different colours. End panels, plints are not high gloss to match to the rest of the kitchen. In the showroom they are all high gloss but what they sent was different. For high gloss end panels they told me to pay extra as you never mentioned when I purchased the goods.
The cabinets are faulty so I can not fit end panels. Also some cupboards do not match eachother as well. Most of the doors are wrong size and faulty and few cabinets are wrong size as well. I also never received 70/30 fridge freezer high gloss door as they do not have it.
They do not have corner piece to fill the gap, what they sent me was only two piece of wood. i was told to connect them and they will be corner piece.
Cupboards do not have holes for the hinges. They also sent me the wrong sink and tap. I was told that if what I asked was not there, you would send me something else.
I have been trying to contact a manager at the customer services for last 5 Months but i could not manage to talk to anyone. They said they can not help me on this issue, i need to talk to retailer manager. Also Retailer Manager who is called Richard never answered his mobile phone last 5 months as well, he is sending me sarcastic messages to frustrate me more. I paid money to joinery so far but nothing is ready because of faulty kitchen they sent me. After they sold the goods they act and respond reckless.
i still have no kitchen since june and richard sends me funny messages sarcasticly. i contacted trading standards, wrote letters to kitchen company on behalf of trading standards but kitchen com didnt take it seriously, did not even answer my letters. After my effort trading standards said they can not help me on this as this kitchen company on black list, they dont pay anyones money. although many people put complaint , they still can do bussiness and con people.
