I just ordered a wedding ring for both myself and my husband to be. We haven't actually received them yet, but I just wanted to say that the customer support people were so helpful. I have no doubt that once the rings arrive we will be completely satisfied. I have really enjoyed my experience thus far, and I will keep everyone posted when I do infact receive the rings (just 2 days!!!)
the ring was exactly what I expected - the reason I am writing on here though, is because of how great their customer service was -wow - they totally went ABOVE and BYOND! I would definitively go back simply for this reason

bought a beautiful eternity ring for my sister, to cleberate all of the moments we have shared together. It is a really unique ring, which was what I wanted since my sister is so unique to me. It has kind of criss crossed bands - very beautiful, with diamonds surrounding each band.

After checking out all of the top online diamond retailers that my friends recommended (bluenile, jamesallen and whiteflash) I really found that zoara was by far the best. I maybe for engagement rings the others are tops, I don't know, but for wedding rings, definitely go for zoara. They have an amazing selection of men's rings and women's rings, and for me what put the icing on the cake was their "matching" section and custom ring offers. My fiance was specifically looking for a ring that would match her engagement ring. We found a great ring that she wanted, and to make sure that it would fit with her engagement ring, we called their customer service who suggested that it be fitted exactly to her ring engagement ring. We had out local jeweler make a wax mold of the ring- so we wouldn't have to send them the actual ring, and then we sent the mold to zoara. They then crafted a perfect wedding ring to match in the style that we'd picked out from their collection (channel set round brilliant diamonds in white gold). After two weeks, the rings arrived (mine and hers) and they look stunning. Jessica's ring fits exactly with her engagement ring- it looks like they were bought together, and mine being a comfort fit white gold ring is classy and comfortable.
Zoara.com was so great. I needed help picking out an engagement ring (I had no clue what I was doing) and their customer service team was so helpful. I got a great ring that my new wife loves.
