This is a 5 year story but... was it the salesman who made offensive remarks about me - unfortunately for him within the hearing of a friend. Was it the Manager who didn't want to talk to me?
Was it the Manager who told me that I couldn't have what I'd paid for because they couldn't sell it to me? Was it the salesman who "left the company" between selling the car to me and collection? Or was it today when I rang to confirm my car service, booked 2 months ago, to be told that they were no longer dealers in Honda and I had no service booking. Or one of the other examples of rudeness, incompetence etc etc. Avoid Arnold Clark! Buy from Ming the Merciless Motor Dealers they will be better!
