THESE PEOPLE ARE CONTRACTED TO MY LANLORDS.
i called them out last thursday 25th November after months of faulty ignition on the boiler and attempts to fix it. all the while telling me there is no problem. he comes in scratches his head and said he needs to see what happens after already seeing it, so i tell him i want it fixed and he has to do it today. suddenly he sees what happens, it needs a new part no rush though because it sort of works, it will be next week.
first thing friday im phoning the landlord because i have no heating at all, it will not ignite. they phone me still no part it will be monday morning. on monday afternoon he turns up with part stating its the wrong bit but might work. which it did for 10 minutes, i raced to his van to bring him back in, he fiddled and said there you go it works, its the wrong part i will sort it out, down to us. an hour later im on the phone its gone completely again no amount of re-set will make it work.
boss says was the right bit must be another fault, we will be there tomorrow (tuesday) but lo and behold it snows,i call them yes they will definately come. its now 6pm no call, no workers, no heating.so 6 days in minus degrees inside and out. i have informed the landlord who are trying to get me heaters as team green told them they wil get here and leave me a heater if they cant fix the problem. and they all wonder why im not happy !
