I picked my car up from MMS, guys there has been fantastic, anyway they rumg me this morning and said air fileter needs changing, i said it has already been changed i bought the part from Euro part and gave it to MIDLAND BM,and they changed it, he said i am sorry to say this but this part isnt new, its second hand, i couldnt believe, i went there staright away, yes it was not the part i bought, MIDLAND BM sells second hand car parts on ebay, so they put an old part and kept the new one i bought
I am not even going to speak to about it,bacause they dont worth it i have taken the part reports and receipt to my lower taking legal action againt to them,i have report them to Trading standards also police

I went to midland BM 3 weeks ago,as i had problem with my heater, they said part needs changing, it will be £25 for that and £40 for lauber, i said thats fine, they also charged me £35 for Diagnos
I paid it all and left, i dreve for about 2 mil then car stopped,and i was jumping all over the place i went back he said Air filter is gone, it has never done that before how can that happen after you change part for heater, anyway i asked are you sure that is the problem why dont you put it on computur so you know what is wrong, he said computure wasnt working, but reception charged me £35 plus vat, i went and bought the part he wanted £190 plus vat, he changed it, it was same, but he said its all fine now, i drive it away but it was getting worse, so i took it back, Nigel was there (owner) he said cyclone needs changing, i said why did i pay £190 plus vat? he said i am sorry to mess you about bring it on Tuesday i fix it for free of charge, i took it today, he they said i must pay if i want it fixed, i said your boss told me it was free, i asked to speak to him, but he was on the phone for an hour ??? wouldnt come out, gut at recetion said he said i must pay.....
I paid £350 to put my car in that state, now i left it MMS they are trying to find out waht MIDLAN BM done to it, it can cost me an other £500
NOW IF ANYONE WANTS GO THROUGHT WHAT I BEEN THROUGH GO TO MIDLAND BM, IF NOT STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
ps : i like to watch program called cowboy builders on tv, i wish there was one cowboy mecanics, they def. would be on it
