smart company formations are impossible to deal with. I used their services to help me set up a ltd company. There ar plenty of them on the net and these seem to be the most useless They take your money instantly and then provide little or no service. They make it nigh on impossible to contact ie no working phone number. They do not respond to emails. They just have a chatline operated by a bunch of muppets who couldn't give a monkeys. Please do not ever have any dealings with this company as they are a bunch of cowboys
