I've used several times now over the years. The parcels have always been collected and delivered within the specified time. All in all a good service with very competative prices.
outrageous service!! rude staff... useless 'live' help...lost my laptop and has been a month and i am still chasing the company up.... do not use this service... awful!!!
Horrendous company, I started to use their services after seeing them advertise on Ebay, I send around 15 parcels a week from my market unit mostly appliances, microwaves, hoovers etc, they were cheaper, and I selected city link believing them to be a big company so shouldnt have been any problems. There were, out of the 7 deliveries I booked in one go, parcel to go managed to cock up 5 of them! One of which had the delivery address as the collection address, I saw this instantly online and contacted them on chat, to be told it had been corrected. It hadnt, and eventually came back to me after many many phone calls to city link today, there were 2 that they didnt even raise collections from me for, and Im still to recieve one of the refunds for this, I tried contacting them around 15 times, to be cut off chat, when they couldnt deal with it, fobbed off and told to expect a reply in the next 48 hours! Not much use when the lady in question was sat in waiting for and wanted a time, or day even for delivery! One of the collections was to the wrong address that was down to the courier, but when I asked them to sort it they said they would get back to me and never bothered. And one item disapeared altogether as they had booked it the wrong way round! I have now emailed them 17 times, complaining and asking for a refund. I asked if someone could phone me and Im still waiting 3 weeks later. There is no contact number and when I asked for one they said they dont have one!!! What kind of a company is it? A 2 bit one that will NOT take care and deal with complaints. I ended up googling the main city link number and sorting out the problems direct with them, as for the refund Im still waiting, Ive threatened to blacken their name, not without reason I hasten to add, and they ignore this too and dont refund.. Send at your peril I would say you would be better driving and delivering the item yourself if you have any hope of ever seeing it delivered forget it, and dont expect any contact..
Avoid like the plague..
