Buying from The Car Shop Northampton was a mistake. Do not make the same mistake and buy from the car shop northampton. Pushy Sales strategy e.g take your debit card and drivers licence before purchasing. A number of lies were given, very friendly until you sign and then everything seems to change.
If you part exchange, they take tax disk. The car shop price match rules are restrictive and impossible. The sales agent categorically told me 45 miles from any car shop centre. I found a much better car £1000 (10%) cheaper and was witin radius of the Swindon branch. Everything was correct except location was other centre. I was told to go to web site for terms and conditions which were not available in the shop only after i bought the car!. The T&C said it was only the centre purchased but i could not see these terms and conditions. Afterwards the customer server manager was incredibly unfriendly and stucj by his guns that they were not going to stand by the price match. Unsurprisingly the other customer service person was answering a lot of other complaining calls.
I feel very cheated. Do not by a used Ford BMW Mercedes, Vauxhaull or any other car from the car shop, you will regret it.
