i would like to let everyone know that fast sale today.(based in london) have cost us money,,how?.well they say they buy a property within 4 weeks.we told them we had set up a mortgage for another house on there say so.they assured us it was fine and what they offered us was what we was getting.so we paid our solicitors fees.but after 3 months and many calls from the estate agent who we was buying our new house from and our mortgage provider from our bank to fast sale who asured us all everything was fine.they then offered us 48 thousand for our property,you cant get a cattle shed for that.what they do is string people along who are having there home reposessed for 3 or 4 months by this time they are in evan more money troubles then buy youre home for peanuts.in our case we both work and was not having our home taken but these people are ruthless.keep away from them if you have any sense.they have cost us a lot of money.so beware of fast sale today they play on peoples hardship.
