I completely agree, with the other comments, this guy called me first and he asked for a price for a concrete pump, I gave him the price, but he said it was too expensive, and he became very arrogant. I explained him that nobody would beat the price that we had, but turned out he wanted to get a price for a concrete mixer!!!!! For 20 minutes he said he wanted a concrete pump but at the end he said he wanted a concrete mixer!!! He never apologised and he claimed he had never done such a mistake !!!! I offered him to hear the telephone conversation we had but he refused, used some bad language and hung up. you decide!
I had a conversation with their salesman who was struggling to speak in English. As he was struggling, he was getting furious and arrogant.
After this conversation with him, I was in doubt about them, so I made a mini research about their company to find out whether they were legit or not.
First of all I took a look at their website and noticed some products that they sell which didnt belong to them. When we talked with this sales man on the phone ,regarding some machines that they were claiming to sell, he said that they had the machine in their yard, but when I looked at the address they provided, it was showing a guest house???. As we talked more, he later said that the machine was in Spain???.
I ve heard some other negative comments about this fella and the company , so if you really want to make a deal with them, please do ask a few questions and ask the same questions again and again, he will blunder out the truth easily.
Please be aware of their squeaky voiced salesman. It is impossible to make a proper conversation with him because he is either yelling in broken English or blabbing about something. He introduced himself as Fahreed or Fahroooz. A typical immigrant who has no idea of working in the UK.
It is quite obvious that he has no background,no education, it is quite strange how he managed to find this job where proper Brits are struggling with the current economy.Well probably through his other immigrant contacts. Apart from being ignorant, arrogant,and his English he has a terrible attitude against clients. I have tried to contact the compnay for a few times and each time the same squawk thin voiced man answered. I am wondering how come they have this person in the company.
