In my opinion their food is overpriced and not that great - had a toasted sandwich which was tasteless, coffee was delayed and di not arrive until we were fonished our food. When we complained we were accused of abusing the staff - simply for insisiting we see the manager after a mouthful of ABUSE from the waitress - who was not particularly good at her job. Customer service?? Don't think they have heard of it!
