My experience has been very disappointing. I spent a great deal of money buying a conservatory from this company 2 years ago and faults that were identified at the outset are still not rectified. I have tried writing to the Head of Installation and to the Managing Director but my letters are simply ignored. I have been told by a surveyor and independent company that it will cost £5000 to put the problems right. I have been asking around and I gather that others have had similar experiences. I would certainly not recommend them and would urge anyone thinking of using them to exercise extreme caution.
