Disgusting Company - Avoid like the plague!!
Charged £10 for 2 failed deliveries by citylink.
When i called to speak to the manager, he said 'The delivery is standard and thus a signature is required, if you wanted it left somewhere safe you should have contacted us in writing, as stated in our terms and conditions' then started getting angry and shouting at me, when I pointed out, not all customer have the knowledge that 'standard' delivery requires a signature - it doesn't state that anywhere in their invoice and that putting 'special delivery instructions' in their terms and conditions was a ridiculous place to put it!
Very rude, unprofessional service - I would NEVER use them again!
