we ordered a conservatory from weatherseal but because we didnt get a scaled drawing of what we wanted we cancelled the order the following day the salesman turned up with his manager asking why we had withdrawn our sale, we told them we wasnt happy because we hadnt seen no design of what we was getting for our money next the sales rep rang his area manager in leeds whom i spoke to at great lengh finally getting £1,500 of the original price We told them that we would reconsider if we liked the design we were told that we could have anything we wanted ie a dwarf wall radiator as long has they didnt loose the sale.whilst the rep & his boss were still at our property an arrangement was made with thier surveyor to come the next day &design our order to which he did telling my partner he would complete it that week-end & post it on the monday so we would get it in the post tuesday to which we are still waiting in my opinion not a very proffessional company in todays market place .under no circumstances will i use this companys services again has it seems that they carnt be bothered if they did contact me now i wouldnt be placing an order. im glad i took the time to read other blogs about this company. (beware)
