Estate agent,Lymm,Warrington.You will find this estate agent in the middle of lymm village,i can confirm that it is the same estate agent as banner the one that tries to ask you for an extra 10 thousand pounds on the phone that is what they also did to me saying that they had recieved a better offer a few hours before sighning your contract of sale,when you have already agreed the purchase price, my advice to any body looking for a property in this area is to use another estate agent,thats what i did and was happy with the purchase,so remember the saying buyer beware.
