After taking my son to buy a packet of fishing hooks i had to post this message.I went into the shop with him he told the woman what he wanted to purchase,she gave him the packet of hooks which i then paid for,before leaving the shop we checked for the correct quantity in the packet,it was short by 2 hooks.We told the woman she said that the correct quantity was in the packet at the time of sale,she got very aggresive raising her voice to my 10yr old son,telling him to get out of the shop or she will call the police.In the future i will now take him to another fishing shop retailer as he is very upset about the incident which i think was handled wrongly by the retailer my advice to other people in the area is to try other retailers we have and they have proved themselves to be better.
