I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to be aware that the director has no formal qualifications for heating,plumbing or electrical & as a result of having none of these he made a complete mess of installing a ground source heatpump in 2007, which has failed many times due to poor installation & not understanding the system settings. I will update in time as it is still in the hands of the courts system.
