The sent a stick instead of a living wisteria (code wist3. After 3 weeks it is still a dead stick. They said "the plant would need to be returned and we will have it checked for you – the reason for this is that we have just had defra checks done and we would need to ascertain the reason for the problem" So i said yes if they will replace it with a good plant and repay my postage - but now they have gone totally silent - ignoring all my emails. They have no telephone customer service. Appalling company
