I had my garden landscaped at a cost of £5,500 a few years ago by this company, including a pond installation and lighting.
The LED deck lights did not work properly. My complaints were ignored so I had to contact Trading Standards to finally get them replaced. They still don't work, neither do the rest of the lights. I've given up trying to get it sorted with them it's just not worth the stress.
Up until a few years ago (and possibly still) they were installing all of the electrics (including underwater lights) without the relevant NICEIC certification. My installation was illegal as it didn't even have a circuit breaker fitted.
A very patronising company owner who had no interest in retaining customers once he had received payment.
Since my complaint my promised annual servicing has not happened - not that I would want them in my house or be prepared to pay them any more money.
Since then my pond is now also leaking and he has planted the wrong type of lillies as they are taking over my pond - yet more maintanance for me.
A very disappointing experience. I find it ironic that their website boasts not only The Guild of Master Craftsman, but also still has the photo of my garden on the site despite my request to remove it. Ironically this is under the LED light section when they don't even work!
I wouldn't recommend using Turtle Productions to anyone a very bad experience.
