booked a coach with this guy, "dean" spoke to him on his mobile. coach was for 16 people to go to blackpool for 1 week, i took a deposit of £500 to his house (hasnt got an office) and he forgot about us.
left us stranded waiting on our day of departure.
we had paid the hotel and everything plus tickets for pleasure beach and tickets for a show he was in mundlsley somewhere with his coach told us tough and his wife was so rude when we called the business number (its his house)
we lost a holiday for 16 and everything as we could not get anyone else at short notice to take us.
we started legal proceedings against him but he uses a false name and dodges the court he is very slick and talks the talk but is a waste of space and con man.
