I was going to purchase two laptops in the sale but they had none available. Requested the model up with a 5% discount but they would have none of it, so I walked away. Glad I did because the next day I found the same upgraded model cheaper than the sale item I was going to buy - from Comet.
Currys staff lost out because not only do they not know the products, they cannot negotiate.
