My Insurance Company asked this lot to do some work at my home, remove some dry rot and treat the walls. They sent Alan and Dean to look at the work. When time came to do the work this company treated me like something of your shoe, they could not work of their own scope of works.
They tried to sell me a under floor fan for £600 and when I refused they informed me that they would not insure the work after a drawn out battle with the Insurance company they sent a new company out to look into my complaint this revelled that Acorn had used the wrong size joist, not protected the new floor but most importantly they found the presents of dry rot that Acorn had left.
So be warned this company is NOT to be Trusted
