Re: Compliant (Admin services)
Order number: 1577540
Dear Sir,
Let’s get this straight from the start, I will not be using your company in the future as your admin policies equate to mal-practise. The fact that a three month notice is required prior to the end of the yearly invoice period is not only sharp practise it is frankly not acceptable and extortionate. Your terms and conditions related to this accept need to be reviewed and I am copying this letter to my local trading standards organisation as well as flagging this up at the BBC Watchdog programme.
I originally wrote as a director of my company in September 2010 to cancel a domain that is surplus to requirements, and now I am being told that this communication as well as the ones two months prior to the renewal are not acceptable forms of cancellation?
Well you can take it from me as the MD of my company that this being a letterhead with my company logo above and registered office as stated is a cancellation of anything to do with your company or its extortionate services.
Frankly if I was running a company with such poor customer services I would be ashamed to call myself a company director. More like the boss of a crime syndicate!
Please cancel my order as per this letter, failure to cancel my order 1577540 will see this matter taken to the local courts with the hope that we can register a judgment against your company in the process.
