They supply CO2 gas in cylinders but they change the size of them and the thread by which they connect to their drinks machines without notice.I ordered two new cylinders, as I have done for over 10 years, now but there was no warning of this on their website. I have two full cylinders which I can`t use [and an empty one] because of this practice.I have asked for my money back but they ignore me and the cost of taking them to court is almost as great as the money I want from them.
I would describe them as arrogant and cavalier. The fact that their cylinders are now useless for my purposes is MY fault, apparently. Sounds like Basil Faulty?
