Great little online retailer. The website takes a bit of getting used to as it's rather cluttered and busy-looking, and seems to have some minor coding problems, but customer service and speed of delivery are top-notch. Been using them for a few years now and only had a problem twice, once when an item I'd ordered was out of stock (they phoned me to ask if I'd accept an alternative), and once when I had to chase up an order (had a reply to my email within ten minutes and the whole issue was sorted in less than 2 hours). Highly recommended - wish all online retailers were this good!
