My experience of dealing with this company - which actually consists of one person, Richard Howard, who also runs a bouncy castle business ( which I didn't find out about until I parted my my cash. They simply do not deliver - all the promises about walking you through the process with download materials - you never ever get these by the way. Emai queries are not answered for days ie seven days and then only when you threaten them. Its not that they don't provide a service though I wonder if they do but you get worn down by the weeks and months it takes to get set up. And they won't give you your money back.Very unprofessional even for a one man band. Presumably its easy money to take the set-up fee wear the customer down by not answering but always saying you will do something but then taking another six weeks to do it...
