Have now successfully sued this company in the civil courts, but again after more lies & promises I have yet to receive payment, I am now waiting for the baliffs to call & remove goods. Had a call last week from Alex promising payment by friday but did not arrive, he claims that my posting on here is affecting his business & would I remove the comments!! Fat Chance!!
Was contacted late on Sunday 21st August in responce to an advert on Gumtree website for a new pc.The caller said his name was Alex & that his company sold PC's throughout the UK. After looking at his website, I decided to order a new pc. He told me if I ordered before 11 that evening I would have my pc the next morning, Having paid onlne through my bank ( as he does not accept credit cards) I waited in all day for the pc to arrive but did not, When after many calls that day he contacted me late in the evening saying he had sent it the night before & blamed Royal Mail, this went on till Thursday when it arrived late afternoon. When I asked the carrier what time had the package been sent he said the night before (Wednesday).
When I set the pc up it did not have any drivers for using the internet installed nor the tha anti virus or the 8 USB ports, when I called him about this the same old excuses & lies & more fake promises. I had an email from him telling me that I WAS being unreasonalble & that he had done everything correct!!. I have asked him several times for a full refund but he still ignores my calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN!!hE IS A WASTE OF SPACE!!
