Just ended a 4yr nightmare with this firm. Had a ground source heat pump installed in Feb 2007 & from the begining this installation was poorly set up & installed, the Installer MARK LANGLEY did not have a clue how to set up the controls, relying on other trades to fit the system as he is un-qualified in this field of expertise. After having an Inspection by the BRE which resulted in him being thrown out of the Gov grant scheme at the time. I then took this through trading standard (who did nothing)then onto solicitors who finally got a court order to remove the installation & compensate me for a new one. When he arrived to remove the pump he was able to immobilize it so to prevent complying with the order. It took a lot of detective work from me to find what the low life had done & was not till July this yr, so we had a third winter with no hot water or heating. On his website he has a comments page from customers but will not let me post what I think of the low life, BE WARNED!!
