Bought a flower girl dress for an imp occassion. Corresponded with company on email to confirm a custom colour (PEACH- as in a pinkish orange)for sash on ivory background. With assurances on email, and no sample, order was placed on trust that any dissatisfaction would be addressed with a refund. Dress comes in after a hike in timely-delivery at addl price & 20£ duty (spent 100£ totally!!) & then I get a low-quality stitched dress with ORANGE (same bright color - not peach!as shown on net) sash! On complaining, I was asked to send pictures, I sent several that showed the dress not falling in line, low quality finish (original picture has daintier & smaller flowers than provided to me) & wrong color. 3 contacts (IRIS DING, HENRY TONG & CATHERINE YU) have ignored, and relented to only 30% on email - which is YET NOT REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT even after 2 months since complaint!!
In fact, they want me to use 30% refund to buy a new petticoat from them to make the dress (which looks disgusting) "fit better"
NEVER BY FROM JJsHouse, be preared to be let down & cheated!!
