well what can i say ive only had my sofa 8 weeks (2 of those ive been on holiday,this sofa has only been sat on 2-3 hours per evening,the cushions have sagged very badly.when plumped upp it doesnt make any diffrence what soever,i called the store and a salesman came out (cocky and arragant to say the least)he said i was plumping them wrong!!!!poor excuse i thought ,he took a photo of the plumt cushion,but when i suggested he take one of the one that hadnt been plump he became shadey!! he said thats how they go with wear!!(after 8 weeks)the stores sending someone round to put extra foam in,(they not foam tho they like a quilt material?) wish i had done my homework i feel realy let down by the store and feel like ive been dun!!! the sofa is a aviston
