These guys are actually alright, I live in one of the flat they manage in E3. Had some lighting problems in the staircases and the main front door was damaged and was all fixed within 2 days not bad compared to the other dimwits that used to manage our flats.
Had these guys take over my block in Wolves. And I would say they are quite good I've had 1 or 2 complaints from residents nothing serious. But compared to what I was with previously they are miles better. Overall I am happy with the service but would say make sure you get all the prices totally clear before starting out.
