We purchased 2 laser engraving machines from Bruce Barrett and Laser
Mill Inc. in 2010-we have been unsuccessfully trying to resolve ever
since. Right away we had problems with one machine, the second one was
very late arriving to us and never worked properly. They tried
unsuccessfully to repair a couple times and basically they gave up.
Bruce Barrett told me that we should use these machines for something
else, that he did not guarantee they would work with glass- which is why
we purchased them in the first place. Bruce was lying because we sent
him glass samples that he tested and he made these machines with rotary
attachments specifically made to rotate and engrave around the glass. It
was a lie. They stopped communicating with us after months of us trying
to resolve by phone and email- and we lost lots of business as we wasted
valuable time with high priced, inferior and defective machinery.
They presented themselves to our company as "experts" in building custom
laser engraving machines showing pictures of all their great systems.
Sending us emails that they have great results from the glass samples we
sent to them for testing.
They cannot be trusted and will not honor their machinery warranty.
We wasted over $30,000 with this company.
